We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team as a Commercial Account Handler. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to large organisations, and work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include assisting Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, while exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements. You will also have the ability to process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal processes, and informed analysis.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, contributory pension scheme, and access to lifestyle and financial benefits.
