Business Development Specialist

Career Trails is a leading provider of lightning protection services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and engage potential clients. This includes reviewing project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required for lightning protection systems, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop project proposals that meet client needs and budget, and communicating with clients to clarify project requirements and address any questions or concerns.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software. They will also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
