We are looking for a talented Business Development Associate to join our team at Insignis. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with tailored financial solutions, generating and qualifying leads, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Sales: Make high-volume, high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing financial solutions and generating warm leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads for suitability, ensuring they meet criteria for financial products and have a high potential for conversion.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities, with the confidence to handle objections and build trust.
- Sales Focus: A results-driven mindset with a clear focus on driving business growth through high-quality leads.
- Competitive Base Salary: £40,000 per annum, commensurate with your skills and experience.
- Uncapped Commission: Unlimited earning potential with performance-based rewards.
