Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service, processing orders, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, quotes, and invoices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth, follow up on leads, and provide product information to customers.
  • Support the external sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

  • A quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems, with a willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong desire to develop this skillset.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
