About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, orders, and sales activities with precision and accuracy. You will also assist customers with queries, problems, and basic product information, providing solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for customers via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently, utilizing your strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with queries, problems, and product information, providing accurate and helpful responses.
- Manage returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Engage in proactive sales activities, such as following up on quotes and inquiries, to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- A quick learner who can handle multiple tasks under pressure, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent customer interaction skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems, with experience using CRM software.
- A previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a team-focused environment, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
