Neighbourhood Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Neighbourhood Specialist to join our Operations team on a permanent basis. This role is a home-based position, offering flexibility and autonomy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering face-to-face customer services in our neighbourhoods, working collaboratively with other teams to achieve our neighbourhood plan objectives and ensuring our landlord requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries requiring a face-to-face visit and be the visible presence of the organisation within our neighbourhoods.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the issues and opportunities within our neighbourhoods and contribute to the development of Neighbourhood Plans.
- Agree and deliver neighbourhood management actions, monitoring their impact and making recommendations for future actions.
- Develop effective local partnerships with other front-facing service providers operating in our neighbourhoods.
- Provide a comprehensive tenancy management service, carrying out landlord duties such as communal area and estate-wide inspections.
- Manage service charges, including budgeting, renewal planning, and consultation, and keeping residents informed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
