About the Role

Riverside is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Services team, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and guidance on reward and benefits for Riverside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line advice on all areas of reward and benefits to colleagues and managers.
  • Manage our approach to role pricing and benchmarking, working collaboratively with People Partners and managers.
  • Prepare and validate data for external submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Reward & Benefits Manager in managing contractual arrangements with external suppliers.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience of role pricing, sizing, and benchmarking.
  • Experience of working within Reward & Benefits in a People Services team.
  • Good knowledge of reward and benefits and an understanding of how reward 'fits' within the overall colleague offer.
