Compensation Claims Specialist

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with expertise in Personal Injury or complex claims involving serious injury and/or death. As the specialist point of contact for severe illness or terminal cancer cases, and their bereaved families, you will require empathy and professionalism when investigating sensitive information. This role offers opportunities for growth, with the potential to transition into a team leadership position, accompanied by a corresponding salary increase.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the serious injury claims line
- Serving as the primary point of contact for sensitive cases
- Utilising CRM systems to log calls and knowledge tools to support customer queries
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in dealing with serious injury claims
- Ability to empathise with clients while maintaining professionalism
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and knowledge tools
