Job Description

We are seeking an HR Support Specialist for Recruitment and Onboarding to provide administrative and transactional support across recruitment, on-boarding, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires have all necessary resources
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees during their onboarding process
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing updates
  • Escalate complex queries via the agreed channels to ensure effective line with agreed ways of working and service standards
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of providing transactional HR support within a diverse and unionised organisation
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of working in a shared service or telephone-based operation
  • Eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
