Job Overview
Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their vibrant and fast-paced specialist trust. As an HR Advisor, you will be part of a committed and enthusiastic HR team, contributing to the delivery of outstanding healthcare for women, babies, and families.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver a proactive and responsive HR service, with a focus on developing the leadership capabilities of line managers. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations issues, advising on change programmes, and supporting managers to meet key workforce performance indicators.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have broad operational experience, a sound knowledge of employment legislation, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff and managers. You must hold CIPD qualification or be working towards it and have gained experience in managing a range of HR management and employee relations issues.

Main Duties of the Job
To support the Divisional Human Resources Business Partners in delivering an effective, comprehensive, and professional HR Service. To be the first point of contact for the management of a broad range of employee relations, performance, and employment issues. To coach Line Managers to develop their leadership capabilities. To lead on various HR improvement projects.
