About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Bank Staff Nurse. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive care plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- NMC registration
- Good knowledge of current clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
