  • Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of care, participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults. Previous experience in senior caregiving roles, preferably within a care home setting, is highly desirable.
