We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiving Professional to join our team. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need.
Job Summary:
- To provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive care environment.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or condition, ensuring prompt attention from healthcare professionals.
- Participate in person-centered planning meetings, working collaboratively with residents, families, and colleagues to develop personalized care plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in adult social care or related field (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
