About the Role

This role involves living in a client's home and providing non-medical support to help them maintain their independence. You'll work closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals or receive a meal allowance
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that bring joy to the client
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A DBS check on the live update system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
Benefits

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package including a separate room to stay in the client's home, meals or a meal allowance, and access to amenities such as laundry facilities and transportation.
