About the Job:
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to individuals with autism and other special educational needs
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote independence and self-confidence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive living environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to manage challenging behaviour
