**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and other special needs. They will be able to provide emotional support and guidance to pupils, promoting their self-esteem and confidence.
Job Description:The successful candidate will assist the class teacher in planning and delivering educational activities tailored to meet the needs of each pupil. This may involve providing one-to-one support, creating individualized learning plans, and implementing behavior management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating in extracurricular activities.
- Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and suggesting strategies for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and behavior.
