Job Summary:

We're looking for Support Workers & Care Assistants who share our vision of delivering person-centered care. As a key member of our team, you will provide care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and sleep-ins

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential)
  • Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting
  • Maturity and ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework
  • Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full training and support provided, including online e-learning
