About the RoleThis is a temporary position to cover maternity until October 2024. As a Care Assistant, you'll provide quality care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their independence.
Main Responsibilities- Support residents with their food and drink
- Follow care plans to ensure the highest standard of care
- Provide one-to-one time with residents to promote companionship and social interaction
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
