Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary ranging from £24,404 to £25,183 per annum, paid on a pro rata basis for 18 hours per week.
Job DescriptionThis part-time role involves providing support and care to adults living in Lancashire. Our team provides assistance to more than 1,000 adults across the region, with a focus on supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A comprehensive induction programme will be provided to support your development and ensure you can work competently against the standards of The Care Certificate.
