About the Role

SureCare Preston & South Ribble are committed to delivering exceptional support services to elderly individuals in their own homes within the Chorley and South Ribble area. Our team provides a caring, reliable, and person-centred service that addresses the unique needs of each client.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being. We offer a range of shift patterns, including full and part-time hours, with alternate weekends available.

The shift times available are 7am to 2pm and 6pm to 10.30pm. This position is subject to satisfactory DBS checks, references, and the right to work in the UK. A full clean valid driver's licence and own transport are required.

Key Responsibilities
