About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Chief Revenue Officer to lead our UK branch, with anticipated travel involved.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering outstanding results. Your entrepreneurial approach and commercial acumen will enable you to devise and implement effective sales strategies.

You will contribute to our overarching brand strategy, setting sales targets and key performance indicators, and assessing performance against these KPIs. You will also present sales results to our Managing Director on a regular basis.

In addition, you will represent our company at conferences and events, showcasing our products and services, and host quarterly meetings with retail partners.

You will oversee the smooth running of the Logistics department, manage the Training team, and ensure that the Sales team follows up on provided training.

Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience as a Sales Director or similar role, preferably in the luxury beauty industry. A degree in Business Administration or relevant field is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Sales, Logistics, and Training functions of the UK branch.
  • Devising and implementing sales strategy.
  • Contributing to overarching brand strategy.
  • Setting sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Meeting with sales managers to assess performance against KPIs.
  • Presentation of sales results to the MD weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Presentation at conferences and events about the company's products and services.
  • Hosting and presenting to retail partners at quarterly meetings.
  • Implementing sales strategies and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Negotiating customer contracts and ensuring commerciality.
  • Implementation of an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
  • Leading the Logistics team and overseeing the smooth running of the department.
  • Overall responsibility for the Training team.
  • Ensuring the Sales team follows up on training provided.
  • Overseeing performance management of Sales, Logistics, and Training teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Sales Director or similar role.
  • Experience in the luxury beauty industry preferred.
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field required.
  • Strong commercial outlook and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivering outstanding results.
  • Excellent relationships with retail partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales, MS Office, and CRM.
  • Excellent leadership skills, recruiting, developing, and managing Sales teams to inspire outstanding performance.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
