We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive new business sales for our UK Payroll and HR solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and delivering exceptional results.
About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting chance to join a leading global brand and leverage our cutting-edge cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to drive business growth. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their evolving requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sell all of ADP's HR and Payroll solutions to new customers with over 1000 employees across the UK.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, leveraging market knowledge and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies to address challenges.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in field sales, preferably in a service-based offering or technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding annual quotas, with a strong understanding of complex sales cycles and deal closures.
- Degree-level education, ideally in a business-related field, and excellent communication skills.
