We are currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team in Manchester. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategic relationships with top-tier clients across various industries.

With a salary of £50k basic and up to 150% OTE, your total earning potential could reach £125k per year. This is an excellent opportunity to work on six-figure deals, build a solid client base, and drive revenue growth for BMS Tech Sales.

You will have access to Manchester twice a week and will be working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of over-achieving targets, both quarterly and annually, and possess exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a background in selling SaaS or IT services to enterprise and mid-market organizations, with experience in financial solutions being a plus. You should also have 4-10 years of experience in consultative sales, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering results-driven solutions.
