Construction Document Coordinator

  • Significant document control experience within a main contractor background
  • Ability to manage and own document control process for multiple simultaneous projects
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro software packages as a minimum
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, including typing dictated or handwritten notes and final formatting, printing, and binding for presentation

Set up and maintain standard shared computer folders and files. Coordinate document changes and provide administrative support to all personnel associated with projects. Update contract documents as required, including collating, filing, and distribution of documents relating to Variation Orders. Set up and maintain all project-related filing, ensuring it is up-to-date at all times.
