Job Description

As a Document Control Manager at Ferrovial Construction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to set up and manage the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Common Data Environment (CDE). This involves creating workflows, digitizing forms and submittal processes, and ensuring that all project documentation is correctly managed and distributed.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage EDMS and CDE systems
• Create and implement workflows for document management
• Digitize forms and submittal processes
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of project documentation
• Review and manage document formats and QA checks
• Maintain necessary trackers and reporting for the project team

Requirements
• Evidence of applicable system admin courses completed of: Asite and SharePoint
• Substantial experience in Document Control duties
• Experience in multiple handovers and design submissions successfully
• Ability to manage time and several tasks, and prioritize correctly
• Good knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel, and PDF professional
