Job Description

We understand that every project has unique requirements, and our in-house designers seamlessly integrate with existing professional teams to provide full design and build services, light-touch coordination, and design intent retention.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the flow and control of documented information on projects, including Ambit deliverables, technical queries, vendor, and third-party documents
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and project teams to ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintaining the Master Document Register for the Business Management System (Procore)
  • Assisting with the setup of new proposals and projects
  • Maintaining and updating master company technical registers
  • Managing the archiving of documented information
  • Managing Business Management System templates, updating them as necessary
  • Ensuring company compliance with the control of documented information policy on projects
  • Proactively advising on the next review/approval phase of a document

You will bring to the table:

  • Office-based administration experience
  • Document control experience in construction
  • Proficient experience with Procore
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and high accuracy when checking documents
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills when managing documents
  • Experience with project workflows in engineering projects and managing documents throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactive and assertive in chasing and sending documents
  • Ability to act independently, prioritize, and influence others
