Document Coordinator

Grimshaw is seeking a highly organized Document Coordinator to support the delivery of large infrastructure projects based in Clerkenwell. This role is pivotal in ensuring the project meets high quality standards, is completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in document control procedures and basic project management.
- Sound understanding of records management systems.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and filing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working on large-scale/complex projects.
- Previous experience with Newforma and/or ProjectWise.
- Familiarity with Common Data Environment practices.
