Children's Services Development Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Partner with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in residential children's services. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering training that empowers our staff to provide exceptional care.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our L&D team to design, organize, and evaluate training sessions, ensuring they meet both regulatory standards and the specific needs of our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on key topics, including safeguarding, emergency first aid, and our internal Pillars program.

- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to staff across our children's residential services.
- Stay current with legislation and best practices, ensuring our training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
