Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Nurse to lead our inpatient care team at the Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Lead Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess care needs, develop individual care plans, and provide ongoing support to service users.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the inpatient unit, overseeing patient care, staff management, and resource allocation.
  • You will also participate in training and education programs to enhance your leadership skills and knowledge in inpatient care.
Requirements
  • A Level 1 Registered Nurse RNLD/RNMH qualification is essential.
  • You should have experience in leading teams, managing resources, and overseeing patient care in inpatient settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £46,717 - £54,027 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
