We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Communications Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex communication needs.

Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with teachers and other assistants to deliver effective educational programs.
- Provide personalized care and support to children with varying challenges.
- Assist with work set by the class teacher and contribute to the smooth operation of the classroom.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or LSA with SEND experience and Makaton or PECS skills.
- A compassionate and caring individual who prioritizes the needs of children.
- Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
