Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

This role is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with Autism and other disabilities. As a Learning Support Specialist at Phoenix Learning & Care Group, you will be working closely with students aged 16+ to help them achieve their full potential.

Salary: Between £20,204 and £21,188 per annum, based on working 37.5 hours per week, term time only (39.6 weeks per year)

About the Role: The successful candidate will assist teaching staff in all classroom activities, including planning, teaching, and assessing learning. You will work closely with students, keeping them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their goals. This may involve working one-to-one or in small group settings to help learners achieve their objectives.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need patience, compassion, and resilience. You should have great communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a driving license. A genuine interest in a career focused on the education of people with Autism and other neurodiversity and disabilities is essential.
