Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 16+ to help them achieve their full potential. You will assist teaching staff in all classroom activities, including planning, teaching, and assessing learning.

Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need patience, compassion, and resilience. You should have great communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a driving license. A genuine interest in a career focused on the education of people with Autism and other neurodiversity and disabilities is essential.
