About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Target-Driven Tyre Sales Development Manager with an Automotive Background to achieve territory targets on turnover, gross profit, and premium mix within the franchised dealer channel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tyre sales activities to support, retain, and regain loyalty of MFDD customers. They must maintain Service Level Agreements criteria for key customers and grow area customer account portfolio through targeted prospecting and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse customer data to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted strategies to capture these markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers to deliver KPIs and projects to tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable understanding of the Automotive sector and its various market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial ability to identify new sales opportunities.
Package Details:
  • Packages: £45-49K + excellent bonus and benefits.
