Regional Sales Manager for High-Rise Developments

Due to increasing opportunities in the region, a Business Account Manager has arisen within Anonymous's Skyline team for a Regional Sales Manager to join the Southern Team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits.

About the Role:

This Regional Sales Manager role involves managing and growing existing accounts with key contractors in the South of England related to high-rise market, mainly covering London and its surroundings.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of securing new business, preferably in the high-rise market. This is a technical and specification-based sales role requiring attention to detail and a methodical approach; kitchen experience is also desirable.

  1. Securing new Contractors and developing long-term relationships with them to secure all future schemes.
  2. An understanding of platforms such as A-Site and ensuring drawings are at Status A before kitchens are called off.
  3. Presenting quotations and designs to Contractors post tender.
  4. Following up with Contractors to secure new works and develop relationships to build further pipeline for the future.
  5. Organizing site setup meetings prior to handing over to the Project Management Team when sites go live.
  6. Working closely with the team to ensure customers receive excellent service and we maximize market share.
  7. Building relationships with key customers and growing those accounts.
  8. Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts; sales experience is desirable.
Requirements:

To succeed in this Regional Sales Manager role, you must have:

  1. The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop, sell, and maintain existing relationships with Site/Project Managers, Buyers, and Senior Managers, specifically in high-rise developments.
  2. The ability to manage multiple projects positively prior to going live on site.
  3. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, along with being computer literate.
  4. A valid full UK driving license, as travel within the area and throughout the UK will be required.
  5. A relevant CSCS card, which can be included as part of the training.

This position comes with a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
