Regional Sales Manager for High-Rise Developments

Due to increasing opportunities in the region, a Business Account Manager has arisen within Anonymous's Skyline team for a Regional Sales Manager to join the Southern Team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits.
About the Role:This Regional Sales Manager role involves managing and growing existing accounts with key contractors in the South of England related to high-rise market, mainly covering London and its surroundings.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of securing new business, preferably in the high-rise market. This is a technical and specification-based sales role requiring attention to detail and a methodical approach; kitchen experience is also desirable.
- Securing new Contractors and developing long-term relationships with them to secure all future schemes.
- An understanding of platforms such as A-Site and ensuring drawings are at Status A before kitchens are called off.
- Presenting quotations and designs to Contractors post tender.
- Following up with Contractors to secure new works and develop relationships to build further pipeline for the future.
- Organizing site setup meetings prior to handing over to the Project Management Team when sites go live.
- Working closely with the team to ensure customers receive excellent service and we maximize market share.
- Building relationships with key customers and growing those accounts.
- Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts; sales experience is desirable.
To succeed in this Regional Sales Manager role, you must have:
- The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop, sell, and maintain existing relationships with Site/Project Managers, Buyers, and Senior Managers, specifically in high-rise developments.
- The ability to manage multiple projects positively prior to going live on site.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, along with being computer literate.
- A valid full UK driving license, as travel within the area and throughout the UK will be required.
- A relevant CSCS card, which can be included as part of the training.
This position comes with a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
