Trade Sales Representative

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Trade Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth across the South East Region, working closely with independent merchants and showrooms.
Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with Branch Managers and Trade Sales staff, promoting our extensive range of bathroom and washroom products, including sinks, showers, toilets, baths, and taps.
You will be responsible for pushing promotions, introducing new ranges, and selling merchandising space in branch to execute strategic account plans set out by Key Account Managers and higher management.
This role requires around 8 face-to-face appointments per day, with the desired outcome being to drive sales and orders via national and independent merchants.
As the voice and face of our brand, you will give clients a competitive edge by being the go-to person in the region within the independent channel market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and Trade Sales staff
- Promote and sell our extensive range of bathroom and washroom products
- Push promotions, introduce new ranges, and sell merchandising space in branch
- Execute strategic account plans set out by Key Account Managers and higher management
- Conduct around 8 face-to-face appointments per day to drive sales and orders
- Background in B2B field sales with a history of working to KPIs
- Hunger, desire, and passion to learn something new
- Understanding of the B2B sales process
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Team player, organised, and have strong sales potential
- Full and clean driving license
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 DOE, plus 30% OTE, car, pension, healthcare, and 25 days' holiday. You will also be part of a dynamic team with a clear vision for growth and innovation.
