An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Area Specification Sales Representative to join our team at Chandler Harris Recruitment Ltd, covering Essex, Hertfordshire, North and East London.

About the Role

This challenging position comes with a competitive basic salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, accompanied by an impressive bonus scheme and an extensive benefits package, featuring a fully expensed company car, 20 days holiday rising to 25 after a year's service, health scheme, pension, and other perks.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in selling technical construction products/building envelope solutions to various stakeholders, including Architects, Specifiers, and Contractors.

  • Delivering presentations and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and project progress.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to achieve sales targets.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction field sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • A deep understanding of the architectural, engineering, and construction sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong client relationships, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
