Role Overview:

  1. Sales professionals will manage a portfolio of customers, handling inbound sales calls and identifying opportunities.
  2. Effectively communicate with customers to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships.
  3. Upsell policies to maximise revenue and increase customer value.
  4. Ensure seamless customer service by managing renewal calls efficiently.

Operating Hours:

Our call centre operates on:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 20:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 - 17:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00
  • Bank Holidays: 10:00 - 16:00

Flexibility in working hours is crucial for this position, including weekends and early evenings.
