We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Mana Resourcing Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for attending pre-booked appointments and taking a structured approach to the sales process to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
The Role

- Candidates with experience in field-based B2B sales and a strong understanding of the sales process are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
Requirements
- A proven track record in field-based B2B sales.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets.
- A full driving licence and a company car or £5,000 car allowance.
