About the Role
The Business Account Manager position at Symphony Group PLC involves managing existing accounts with key contractors in the South of England, primarily working on high-rise developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business, developing long-term relationships, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Securing new Contractors and developing strong relationships with them to secure future schemes.
  2. Ensuring that all drawings are at Status A before kitchens are called off, using platforms like A-Site.
  3. Presenting quotations and designs to Contractors after tender submission.
  4. Following up with Contractors to secure new works and develop relationships for future pipeline opportunities.
  5. Coordinating site setup meetings prior to handing over to the Project Management Team when sites go live.
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure customers receive exceptional service and we achieve maximum market share.
  7. Building relationships with key customers and expanding their accounts.
  8. Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant CSCS card.
