The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, delivering exceptional client service, and expanding our presence in the private parking sector.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Identify and Develop New Opportunities: Spot new business opportunities and grow the market for new sites.
  2. Drive Sales: Achieve monthly sales targets by generating new sales contracts and delivering high-quality service to clients.
  3. Enhance the Company's Profile: Improve the Company's profile and brand in your region through excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
  4. KPI Management: Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, providing regular reports and feedback to the management team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A formal management qualification (beneficial).
  • A full valid UK driving license.
  • The ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
  • Excellent negotiating and commercial skills.
  • Proficiency in time management, organisation, and coordination.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 per annum, plus commissions and a company car that can be used for personal use. You will also receive a 6-monthly bonus based on success, with the option to choose an item of your choice worth up to £200.
