Growth Territory Manager Job
In this exciting role, you will be accountable for achieving territory targets on turnover, gross profit, and premium mix within the franchised dealer channel. Our company, Micheldever Tyre Services, is the fastest-growing wholesaler, distributor, and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth in tyre sales by utilizing reporting tools and performance managing existing accounts. You will implement corrective actions to prevent sales decline and develop long-term business relationships with key accounts. Responsibilities will include maintaining territory reporting, reviewing tyre stock quarterly, and distributing visit reports to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will increase uptake of Tyre click and assist Vehicle Manufacturer customers with brand programmes for tyre sales.

A successful candidate should have experience working with dealers to deliver KPIs and projects on tight deadlines. They should also possess a demonstrable understanding of the Automotive sector and analytical ability to identify new sales opportunities. Strong communication skills and influencing abilities are necessary to steer projects across a wide audience. A UK driving licence is mandatory.

This role offers a salary of £45-49K, a bonus, and benefits package available. The package comprises staff discount, retail vouchers, life insurance, and pension. With approximately 2100 employees company-wide, we operate through skilled, focused, and determined teams.
