Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at AWD online. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Delivery:
    • Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to support the recruitment process
    • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and handle onboarding and documentation
    • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, headhunting, and reference checks
  • Applicant Tracking System and Talent Data:
    • Maintain and update recruitment databases
    • Continuously improve ATS functionality and report any anomalies or trends
  • Trust-wide Project Support:
    • Contribute to People Services projects related to Talent Acquisition, helping shape policies and practices for optimal outcomes
  • One PS Team Contributions:
    • Collaborate with the Partnering team and People Services Advisors to address talent pipeline issues and improve services
    • Engage in continuous learning, support team development, and stay updated on employment legislation and best practices
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing and optimising administrative systems and processes
  • Demonstrable experience working in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and manage their own time effectively
