Relocation Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relocation Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Relocation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the relocation process for our corporate clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relocation process from start to finish, including pre-assignment briefings, orientation, and ongoing support.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and assignees on relocation-related matters.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless relocation services.
  • Produce cost projections and calculate assignment compensation.
  • Manage payments related to the assignment, including payroll instructions, expenses, and invoices.
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients on international supplier information.
  • Initiate assignee surveys and undertake other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in relocation and mobility.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse assignees and their families.
  • Initiative and creativity within the parameters of policy and procedures.
  • Fluency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office and related platforms.
  • Attention to detail and numeric skills.
  • Ability to work well within a multicultural team.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
