**Property Administrator / NW London / Up to £27,000 DoE**

We are now keen to find an enthusiastic and competent Property Administrator for our client based in Stanmore.

Our client is a specialist in residential block management. Due to continued growth in their portfolio, they are looking for a Property Administrator to provide administrative support to the block management team.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore great customer service experience is essential.

Duties to include:

- Accepting incoming calls and handling customer queries
- Typing reports and letters
- Providing administrative support
- Producing letters, legal documents and general correspondence
- Speaking with contractors and managing basic maintenance issues
- Maintaining the office appearance, filing systems and monitoring stationery supplies.

Previous experience in a property management environment is beneficial but not essential. You will need to have strong written and numeracy skills to produce correspondence and reports, a confident and polite telephone manner with excellent communication skills, good attention to detail as well as a competent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of property software will be an advantage.

A friendly and polite approach with a positive 'nothing is too much trouble’ attitude along with oodles of common sense, exceptional time management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team, will all be part of your character.

This role will be based in the Stanmore office and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.

**Experience**:

- Property Administrator: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
