**About Us**:
Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.
We are looking for an accounts administrator to assist our accounts manager.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Updating engineer timesheets and allocating payments as required.
- Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
- Scanning, reviewing and reconciling invoices.
- Processing staff expenses.
- Credit card and bank reconciliation.
- General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required.
**Qualification and Skills**:
- Must be computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must have an accounting background (familiarity with Xero and Hubdoc would be advantageous)
- Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer and team focused

Working Hours**:Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00**
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
