**Receptionist at Doctor-led Aesthetics Clinic**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and welcome patients, providing an exceptional first impression of the clinic.
- Efficiently answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel, ensuring queries are handled promptly.
- Undertake data entry tasks to accurately update and maintain patient records in our clinic's internal systems.
- Manage and prepare treatment rooms for Doctors and Expert Therapists, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Oversee the clinic's stock supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate levels.
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and meetings for Doctors and Expert Therapists.
- Perform various clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinic team.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks and process patient payments.
- Assist with the creation of social media content, such as capturing videos or photos during procedures
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the Owner Doctor.
- Efficiently manage the Owner Doctor's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role within an Aesthetic or Healthcare Clinic environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Outlook (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially in data entry tasks.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**What We Offer**:

- A competitive salary range of £21,400.00 - £30,000 per year.
- Full-time or part-time, permanent contract with flexibility in hours (37 - 40 per week including 30 minutes unpaid break each day).
