The Role:
As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience within a luxury environment. You will support the Showroom Manager in the day-to-day running of the showroom, while leading a team to meet sales targets, ensure excellent service, and maintain the high standards expected in this prestigious setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the showroom, including staff supervision and scheduling
Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process
Manage product displays and maintain the overall aesthetic of the showroom
Support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
Develop and maintain relationships with high-end clients
Handle administrative duties, including stock management and showroom maintenance
Coordinate with the Showroom Manager to implement strategies for business growth
Requirements:
Previous experience in a luxury showroom or retail environment (preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A keen eye for design and detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated with a passion for luxury interiors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous
