About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Planned and Surgical Care Directorate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of patient health records.

Main Responsibilities

  • Storage, retrieval, and management of patient health records, ensuring that notes are prepared and available for Outpatient clinics.
  • Inputting data and managing appointments on the electronic patient administration system.
  • Making, changing, or canceling appointments on the phone in line with Trust policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English grade D or above or NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration.
  • Previous experience of working as a team.
