Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Si Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Administer admissions contracts and ensure timely payment of deposits and fees
* Liaise with third-party providers regarding funding and contracts
* Chasing private and funded fees
* Maintain resident records and personal allowance accounts
* Sales ledger management
* Reconciling accounts and issuing monthly statements
* Assisting with annual and monthly audits

Requirements:

* Finance administration experience is essential
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience with Sage is advantageous
* Strong IT and analytical skills
* Flexible and can-do attitude
