Finance and HR Manager Opportunity

SI Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance and HR Manager to join their team in Harrogate. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for efficiently managing back office operations, including ownership of day-to-day financial resources.

About the Role:
  • Manage the company's financial affairs, overseeing financial resources and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead HR practices, processes, and strategies, implementing effective personnel management systems.
  • Responsible for general HR matters, including employee records, disciplinary procedures, and training programs.
  • Liaise with Inland Revenue, Customs & Excise, and accountants to ensure accurate tax returns and compliance.
  • Evaluate financial transactions, prepare monthly reports, and provide P&L projections.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff, including performance evaluations, recruitment, and training.
  • Implement and maintain efficient financial systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals, promoting a positive working environment.
